THIS PROJECT WILL REVITALIZE/RENOVATE FIVE ROLLING PIN BARRACKS WITHIN THE 16000 BLOCK OF FORT HOOD, TX. THIS PROJECT WILL REPLACE THE FAILING HVAC SYSTEM, REPAIR INTERIOR FINISHES IMPACTED BY MOISTURE/HIGH HUMIDITY, UPDATE THE LIVING AREAS, RENOVATE THE BUILDING EXTERIOR, PROVIDE STORAGE ROOMS, AND IMPROVE SITE DRAINAGE. RENOVATIONS SHALL INCREASE THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE BARRACKS BY 25-YEARS. THE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT WILL INCLUDE BOTH DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE REQUIRED RENOVATIONS.
