What the expansion changes

Lockheed says Grand Prairie manufactured 250,000 parts in 2025 and supplies components to final-assembly sites including Camden, Arkansas, and Troy, Alabama.

The commercial question is whether the additional machining capacity will supplement the external supplier base by removing production bottlenecks, or move selected component packages inside Lockheed Martin as missile output increases.
